Before you try and draw anything, sketch it out first! I used water-soluble graphite pencils and Derwent Inktense pencils on watercolor paper for my sketches. You can get more information on both at my website under “Art Supplies.” I sketched the landscape with water-soluble graphite, then lightly shaded it with a black Inktense pencil.

Step 2

Then I used a brush, water, and a pencil to complete my sketch. She was trying to feel how the mountains and landscape flow. Don’t aim for perfection. Realistic Landscape Drawing

Step 3

My second sketch is from a different view of the mountains, but it follows the same steps.

Step 4

I finished pouring water and brush again. An kalebet güncel giriş important lesson from this sketch is that the most distant mountains will fade and lighten into the background. You will see this principle appear in the final drawing.

Step 5

My final sketch was done in color with an Inktense pencil. I started by outlining everything lightly in blue. Then I lightly added red and yellow to hint at the rest of the colors. The final color is created by mixing the three primary colors with black and white.

Step 6

Now I have finished my sketch in the same way as the black and white ones. After three sketches, I think I’m ready for the final drawing. So let’s get started!

Step 7

I start by choosing my pencils. I used an HB pencil for shading and sketching, a 3H pencil for lightest shadows/lines, and a 6B pencil for shadows.

Step 8

Start by adding some gradient fill to the paper using the HB pencil. Roughly shade, then blend your contours using a blending stump.

Step 9

Erase your mountains on the top half of the artboard. I bleach works well for these purposes. Then darken and blend the sky using a 6B pencil and a blending stump.

Step 10

Use the HB pencil to fill gradually in the shadow of the mountain ahead. Try to give your shading uniform direction instead of just scribbling. Then lightly shade in the hills on the left.

Step 11

Identify the mountains on the left. Blend the shadows in your previous step using a stump blend, then erase the highlights. Use the 3H pencil to define your cloud. Then start defining the outline of the tallest mountain with an HB pencil.

Step 12

Start defining the tallest mountain using shading with the HB pencil for the shady side more confidently. Use a 3H pencil on light snow.

Step 13

Finish off the rest of the shadows on the mountain, making sure to blend into the mountain’s base as much as possible to make them look hazy. After your mountains look complete, use the HB pencil to outline some hills in the foreground.

Step 14

Use the HB pencil to draw the tree. kalebet giriş
Suggest the trees in the background by erasing the tree-like trunks in the dew.

Step 15

Now use the HB pencil to shade the top tree again. Bold the corners with a 6B pencil.

Step 16

Use the 6B pencil to shade the top tree to make it more prominent. Blend the rest of the shadows. Finalize the drawing by adding finishing touches here and there, mainly for the background and mountains. I hope you guys have fun with this one. As always, comments and questions are always welcome!
