Hotel Transylvania- 2022
As a child, the monster world was hidden from me. I didn’t know that monsters found fright in the sound of human children giggling or that they appreciated a good limbo contest. It took much time and many easy-to-open doors for me to become acquainted with my kind, but when I did, it was an experience like none other.

Bad, stinky, and stupid. Max is a 10-year-old boy who moves to a new town with his mom and dad in order to start over fresh. But when their new home happens to be in the area of some environmental disaster, Max is determined to undo it — and he does with the help of a tiny blue creature nobody ever notices until now. A beautiful story about how fear separates us from our land – and about the power of hope that binds us all together again.

The Rise of the Guardians 2012 movie is based on The Guardians of Childhood by William Joyce. Chris Van Allsburg wrote both stories, but there are some noticeable differences in mood and tone.
Set in a world where every soul has a guardian angel, who also happens to listen to their thoughts and feelings, the story follows Jack Frost (Ferrell) as he attempts to stop Pitch (Wahlberg), who has been tasked with capturing enough human souls to take over the planet.
